Intro to Yoga | Salt Lake City
Intro to Yoga is an eight-week course written for the intellectually curious who are seeking to feel empowered in their bodies. It’s for the new student or at-home yogi who has a hunch that yoga could do so much more for them, physically and mentally, they just need someone to teach them the behind-the-scenes. We’ll discuss movement principles and mechanics, yogic philosophy, yoga anatomy, and the neuroscience of yoga before breaking down and moving through a flow of common postures. You’ll leave not only feeling good, but with an education that will enhance the efficacy of your practice and give you confidence at home or in the studio.
